1. Find friendships at work.

While career well-being is a different part of overall wellness, it’s hard to ignore the fact that you spend most of your days at work. Positive connections in the office can help you feel a greater sense of social well-being, and they can be a source of encouragement when it comes to reaching important career goals.

2. Communicate with others for six hours each day.

This may seem like a lot of time spent socializing, but you might be closer than you think to reaching six hours each day. Communication can include everything from chatting with your coworker to texting a friend or family member.

3. Mix socializing with exercise.
